Hi. I am at the end of my rope. I have spent the last 4days I'm pain. My face is swollen and I can't wear my partial because of the constant pain. I'm not working, just picking up odd jobs here and there to survive. I have always taken care if my teeth but once I got these partials the rest of my teeth are going bad or loose...I can't afford the dentist but know I probably need antibiotics.....can someone help or advise me. I have no medical or dental and just turned 58.
